Hello Folks, the S&P500 Emini futures are at 2080.
Here is our next trade. Please Note: This is only for traders who are
trading with 5-10 contracts. This trade can be done with 1-2 contracts.

Trade#4 of Nov 2016

Buy Emini Futures at/above 2080 for target 2140 with Stop 2050.
—————————————
Please do this trade only if you can enter the stop loss in your system.
Manual stop loss won’t work in this case because the market will move rapidly in the coming 2-3 days.

There are a large number of shorts by hedge funds, etc that will want to get out in a hurry once positive news comes, so you will see big spikes. Once S&P500 index is above 2134, it is in safe zone, and it will make another attempt for 2200. Thanks.

The previous trade hit stop loss, and futures have bounced back.

Trade Rationale: We are taking 13 points risk, for 28 points reward. And the set up is as good as it can get. Today, the bottom formation looks emphatic.

Please Note: Once the S&P500 Emini futures move above 2140, then the Stop Loss can be increased to 2128 (buying price), and target can remain 2156. Above 2153, the targets of 2175-2180 will restart. So the same trade can be continued, or a new trade can be taken.

Probability of success is very high (90%).

Here is the S&P500 futures 5-Hourly chart. Today’s set up is a bullish pullback, as good as it can get. There was a pull back attempt yesterday and the lows kind of got tested today and yet another pullback is happening currently. This is a good setup that we must buy. It has given us good profits in the past.

Even if Stop is hit, the futures should come back up once to test 2150. Our selling price target is just 2 points before it to avoid getting caught in sudden reversals at the 2150 area.
